Football Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The rAIcruited 6/27 Football Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by rAIcruited Inc., Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. One entry per person per qualifying action. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins May 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends June 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

A user is entered into the Sweepstakes upon creating a qualifying profile inside the rAIcruited mobile or web app during the Entry Period. A "qualifying profile" is created by either of the following actions, taken inside the Entry Period: (a) submitting the rAIcruited waitlist form, which creates a profile shell, or (b) creating a full rAIcruited account and completing the profile. There is no separate landing-page-only entry, no email-only entry, and no physical mail-in entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win. The rAIcruited app is free to download and the basic profile is free to create. One entry per person per qualifying action.

5. Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value

Five (5) Grand Prizes: One (1) official Xoox bag per winner. Approximate retail value (ARV) per bag: to be confirmed. Fifty (50) Secondary Prizes: One (1) rAIcruited Varsity tier license for the lifetime of the winner per winner. Estimated value per license, calculated using a five-year valuation convention at the published Varsity rate of $39.99 per month: approximately $2,399 per license. Estimated total ARV of all Varsity lifetime licenses: approximately $119,950. The "lifetime" of the winner means for so long as the rAIcruited Varsity tier product is offered by the Sponsor and the winner maintains an active rAIcruited account in good standing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent is offered.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about June 27, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select fifty-five (55) potential winners (five Grand Prize winners and fifty Secondary Prize winners). Winners will be notified by email at the address on the qualifying rAIcruited profile and by phone at the phone number on the qualifying profile, within seven (7) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Delivery

Xoox bag prizes will be shipped to a US address provided by the winner within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation. rAIcruited Varsity lifetime licenses will be activated on the winner's rAIcruited account within seven (7) business days of winner confirmation.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, photograph, and prize information in any media now or hereafter known, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Sponsor Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by rAIcruited Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma University, the National Football League, any NFL team, or any professional or collegiate athletic association. The presence of the Baker Mayfield D1 Training Camp on the Entry Period end date is coincidental to the Entry Period and does not imply any endorsement of this Sweepstakes by Mr. Mayfield, Oklahoma University, or any third party.

11. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes is governed by the rAIcruited Privacy Policy available at raicruited.com/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the use of their entry information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. General Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or any other malfunction or error that may affect entry into the Sweepstakes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Official Rules Availability and Winners List
